Jill Kovalich of Solo Agers Connect in collaboration with Kathy Moniello, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and Certified Aging in Place Specialist, will co-facilitate this webinar series. Jill is the founder of Solo Agers Connect and a solo ager with real life experience in this housing journey on a mission to help solo agers live their best lives. Kathy is the founder of Forevermore Homes and leads the Forevermore Homes Team of Coldwell Banker and holds the designation from the National Association of Realtors and the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. She will be able to connect webinar attendees with resources around the country.
